Moomin use to be my favourite cartoon when I was a little girl. I still know the theme song of by heart and have lots of happy memories watching Moomin. Being from South-Africa, the original language which is Finnish, was changed to my mother-tongue, Afrikaans. This is a little fact I only found out recently and was surprised at my (slightly childish) disappointment that it wasn't Afrikaans all along. (haha).Its not showing in South-Africa anymore but I found these pictures on the net and all the happy memories came flooding back. My favourite was "Meme", the little red haired girl, which quoted "Possessions means worries and luggage bags one has to drag along". I wish I could watch it again!!!!!!
